Husar’s Jewelers is more than a place to purchase fine jewelry, diamonds, watches, and giftware. Husar’s presents a robust menu of services to round out your jewelry needs.  We offer flexible and generous financing plans with approved credit, an insurance appraisal with each fine jewelry purchase, an on-site goldsmith for your jewelry repairs, watch battery replacements, and a trade-in policy to work with you as your jewelry needs evolve over the years.

Inspection & Cleaning

Bring in your jewelry for regular inspections and cleanings. (We recommend semi-annually.) At no cost to you we will check for loose stones, wearing of your ring or any other problems that could occur with your jewelry. Once we know your precious gemstones and diamonds are secure we will clean the jewelry to remove the buildup of dulling elements and allow you to enjoy your jewelry’s natural luster. These services are also complimentary.

Repairs & Restyling

Since everyday wear can damage your jewelry, we offer jewelry repair service for all items purchased at Husar’s House of Fine Diamonds. We also repair jewelry purchased elsewhere whenever possible. Our valued Goldsmith performs all repair work right here in our store, assuring your jewelry will be handled with safety and an experienced hand.

Has your piece of jewelry lived to its full potential? Make your treasured piece look like new again. Consider bringing them in for restyling. We will secure diamonds and gemstones, or give the piece a whole new look. We also restring pearls so your necklace or bracelet will look and feel like new.

We also change watch batteries here in downtown West Bend. Most brands are changed while you wait. If your watch needs further repair, we’d be happy to send it to the appropriate service provider for you.

Engraving

Want a special message on a gift? Choose from a number of different products, and we can have a special message engraved on it.

Return Policy

Merchandise will be accepted for refund or exchange only in new and unworn condition within 30 days of the original receipt. After 30 days store credit will be issued. After 60 days, no refund or store credit will be given. The merchandise MUST be accompanied by sales receipt, financing papers, warranty cards, manuals, component parts, free promotional gift (if applies) and original boxes.

Merchandise may be refunded to the original purchaser in the form of the method of payment received. If the method of payment was a check, the refund cannot be given until the check has cleared the bank. If the merchandise was a gift, a store credit will be issued within the 30 days.

Items which have been worn, sized, engraved or otherwise altered, as well as special orders, custom items or final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

Husar’s House of Fine Diamonds reserves the right to refuse any return, depending on the type of return.

Diamond Trade-Up Program

If you’d like to trade in your center diamond for a new diamond, bring it in – and we’ll suggest some options to consider.

Gift Wrapping & Shipping

Layered in gold and textured stripes, that special someone’s face will light up. They will loosen a perfectly tied, shimmering bow to find a handcrafted wooden box. Inside that box is the gift that they will never forget, a Husar Exclusive Design, designed and manufactured by the Husar’s, and carefully chosen by you. Our gift-wrapping service is complimentary. We can also save you time by shipping or hand delivering your purchase for a nominal fee.

Concierge Services 

Husar’s House of Fine Diamonds is “At Your Service!” These are busy times we live in and you do not always have time to go shopping for jewelry. At Husar’s Jewelers we realize this and have concierge servicing. You can make a special appointment at the store where we will prepare several options you are interested in before you arrive. Then you can pop in and out without your significant other even knowing you are gone!

Insurance

The best things in life are worth protecting. We trust the specialists at Jeweler Mutual Insurance with all of our jewelry and you should too! They specialize in jewelry insurance, so be sure to check them out.  

Payment Options

Making a jewelry purchase may represent an investment that goes beyond your current budget. At Husar’s Jewelers, we are happy to offer you several options including 30-Day Merchandise Hold, Layaway, and Promotional Financing with approved credit. We are more than happy to discuss your options – just ask!

30-Day Merchandise Hold

Put $100 down to hold an item, taking it off of the floor and out of inventory, for 30 days.

180-Day Layaway

For 10% down and regular monthly payments, we’re willing to put your dream piece of jewelry on layaway!  There is no interest, and you decide how much you want to pay each month!

Financing

We offer generous financing plans with approved credit. Husar’s House of Fine Diamonds has secured two reputable lenders for our loyal customers.
